Giving for Good charity impact: Thailand
Written by WFWP Japan
On May 31, WFWPI held a Giving for Good Live Auction with donated items from WFWP Co-Founder, Hak Ja Han Moon. More than 90 people from 17 countries participated in the auction and WFWPI was able to raise around $95,000. The money was raised in order to support those who are suffering from Covid-19 and children of developing countries.
Since the auction, WFWP Japan was able to use some of the funds to build a water purifier for a middle school in Briram province in Thailand. Before, it was very difficult for the students to have access to drink clean water. Now with the water purifier, that is no longer an issue for the school or its students.
